Assembly and disassembly

Place the screw thread of the pedal in the
screw hole on the right crank and slowly
manually rotate the screw thread
clockwise. If you feel any resistance while
rotating, this may be a result of an
incorrect angle while inserting the screw
thread into the screw hole. Turn the pedal
anti-clockwise and once again screw in the
pedal at a correct angle. When you finish,
use a 15 mm open-end wrench to properly
fasten the pedal (torque 35 Nm).
Remove your bike from its packaging,
remove the protective foam from the bike
frame, open the frame, and use the quick
release lever to fasten the frame joint.
Open the kickstand of the bike
and lean the bike against it.
Place the stem in the head tube and the
seat post in the seat tube. Set up both
components and fasten them at the
appropriate height.
