AFTER-SALE SERVICE AND WARRANTY

In order for the warranty to be valid, your bike must undergo routine 

after-sale services. These after-sale maintenance and repair services 

must be carried out once a year, which means that, in order for the 

warranty to be valid, the first such service must be carried out within 

one year after purchasing or receiving your bike. To then achieve the 

validity  of  the  full  warranty  period,  the  bike  must  also  undergo 

routine  after-sale  services  in  each  consequent  year.  The  after-sale 

repair and maintenance service may be performed by an authorised 

Rog repair service or other expert repair service provider. The proper 

care  for  the  bike  and  the  performed  after-sale  services  shall  be 

proved by submitting invoices issued for such services.

It  is  recommendable  that  all  Pony  bikes  undergo  annual  after-sale  services 

performed by an authorised Rog repair service or other expert repair service 

provider. By performing routine maintenance, you will be able to prolong the 

service life of your bike and ensure its safe use.

Authorised  Rog  repair  service  or  other  expert  repair  service  providers  are 

qualified to perform suitable repairs and to set up all of the components of 

your bike. If any part of your bike does not function properly or if you are 

experiencing  trouble  using  it,  turn  to  your  closest  authorised  Rog  repair 

service provider as soon as possible. The list of the authorised Rog sellers and

After-sale  services  are  provided  after  the  warranty  period  expires  as  well. 

Repairs, bike maintenance, and spare parts are provided for payment up to 

three (3) years following the expiration of the warranty period.
