that any malfunctioning bike component that is not repaired within the prescribed deadline will
be replaced with a new one upon your request; a warranty with a one-year warranty period will
be provided for the replaced component.

EXTENDED WARRANTY
The warranty for the frame and the fork may be extended by an additional two years (total warranty
period: 5 years) if the first owner completes a web form for bike registration. In order to activate the
warranty upgrade, register your Pony at
www.rogbikes.com/registration
within 30 days of purchasing
or receiving the bike. The confirmation e-mail received upon registration and the original invoice upon
purchase will serve as proof of the activated extended warranty. All of the terms and conditions arising
from the standard warranty shall also apply to the extended warranty. The collected data shall be
intended exclusively for internal use and will not be provided to third persons. The extension of warran-
ty upon the transfer of ownership shall not be transferable and shall only be valid for the first buyer.
