Amplitude Modulation (AM)

What the settings
are for

In the case of amplitude modulation the information is contained in the
amplitude changes to the output signal. The amplitude of the modulation
signal is contained within the size of the amplitude change to the output
signal. The frequency of the modulation signal is contained within the
frequency of the amplitude change to the output signal.

You can use the AM MOD submenu to set the following amplitude modulation
parameters:
