8.4 General Troubleshooting

NGMO2 does not
deliver output voltage
on both channels
•
Fuse blown by overvoltage at
the power supply input.
•
LEDs for operating voltage on
processor board do not light
(see section 8.3.1).
•
Fault still present.
•
Replace defective fuses.
•
Replace processor board as
described in section 9.1.4.
•
Return the NGMO2 to the
Support Service Centre (see
chapter 2).
NGMO does not
deliver output voltage
on one channel
•
On one power supply unit the
corresponding fuses have been
blown by overvoltage at the
power supply input.
•
LEDs for operating voltage
assigned to one of the mains
supply units on the processor
board do not light (see section
8.3.1).
•
LEDs for operating voltage on
one of the processor boards do
not light (see section 8.3.1).
•
Fault still present.
•
Replace defective fuses.
•
Replace processor board as
described in section 9.1.4.
•
Replace the corresponding
analog board as described in
section 9.1.2.
•
Return the NGMO2 to the
Support Service Centre (see
chapter 2).
