16.1.
Notice of liability
The kiln is built according to the state of the art and recognised safety rules.
The protective equipment on the kiln complies with the relevant regulations.
Proper operation according to the intended use reduces the risk to people to a level that is acceptable according to the
current state of the art.
In the event of incorrect use, dangers to people and property as well as damage to the kiln can arise.

Only use the kiln:
in a technically perfect condition,
as intended,
and in a safety and hazard conscious manner.
⇒
Immediately eliminate any defects or malfunctions that could impair safety.
Safety information cannot be construed against the manufacturer.
Even if all safety information, warning information and signs, the original operating instructions and other applicable
documents are followed, there is no guarantee that the kiln will not cause injuries or damage.
The manufacturer assumes no liability for personal injury, property damage and damage to the product as well as any
consequential damage that arises or has arisen from non-compliance with these original operating instructions, from
improper use of the product, from repairs and any other actions of unqualified and unauthorised specialists on the
product.
Any use beyond the scope of application of the kiln described in these original operating instructions is not permitted.
The manufacturer is not liable for any resulting damage.
The manufacturer is also not liable for the use of non-approved spare parts, the use of incorrect or faulty heating
elements from a third-party manufacturer or failure to comply with the specified maintenance intervals.
For your own safety, only use original spare parts from the manufacturer!
No changes may be made to the kiln or its components.
If unauthorised changes result in damage to the kiln or other property or persons, no claims for damages can be made
against the manufacturer.
16.2.
Warranty provisions
We guarantee the perfect workmanship and function of the delivered kiln and grant a 36-month warranty from the
invoice date (except wear parts).
For exceptions to the warranty period, please refer to the invoice for the kiln.
In addition to wearing parts, the following items are excluded from the warranty:

Heating elements and support rods (wear parts)

Damage caused by the customer (e.g., broken firebricks in the firing chamber)

Damage caused by the ware (e.g., by exceeding the maximum temperature)

Damage from applied glazes and the associated disregard of the respective manufacturer's specifications (e.g.,
glaze splashes on kiln components)

Damage due to improper transportation
-
Damage caused by chemical reactions that are not permitted for the kiln during firing (e.g., salt firing)
-
Traces of corrosion caused by aggressive materials or insufficient ventilation of the firing chamber
-
Hairline or stress cracks in the insulation structure due to the introduction of cold air
-
Subsequent modifications or changes to the kiln that have not been authorised or approved in writing by the
manufacturer

Exclusion of any liability on the part of the manufacturer in the event of improper handling and resulting
damage.
