Cleaning
Clean the machine after each use.
Never spray the machine with a water jet, water hose or high-pressure cleaner.
Do not use compressed air.
Wipe off clay, water, or other contaminants with a clean, damp cloth or sponge.
Do not use detergents or solvents.
Do not use metal objects such as a metal spatula to remove the material.

Disassembling & reassembling the wheel head & splash pan for cleaning
WARNING
Before dismantling or assembling, pull the power plug out of the socket and remove any
residues of clay and water.

Switch off the machine and pull the power plug out of the
socket.

Remove residues of clay and water from the splash pan.

Turn the screw in the centre of the wheel head anticlockwise to
loosen and remove it.
Tool:
8 mm Allen key
(included in the pottery wheel's scope of delivery)

Detach the wheel head by lifting it vertically.
Attention:
Avoid damaging the wheel head by hitting it or dropping it.

Detach the splash pan by lifting it vertically.
Attention:
The splash pan is attached to the wooden board by Velcro (the
pan will be firmly stuck).
