The RolaCase shelves are secured to the assembled shelving bays with the use of
“Phillips Head Dog Point Screws” which are supplied with the purchase of any shelving
bay type

(sold separately)

A

Begin by locating the shelf and carefully sliding it in between a compatible

shelving bay frame.
Note that 8-Series shelves will only fit into 8-Series shelving bays, and 12-Series
shelves will only fit into 12-Series shelving bays

(all sold separately)

B

Trial position the shelf in an ideal position anywhere on the perforated shelving

frame

(please note: the frame should be installed in the vehicle first)

 whilst

ensuring the grid pattern on the shelf ends marries up with the holes on the twin
posts. Note that RolaCase’s shelves are very versatile within the shelving bays and can
be secured in many different varying positions

C

If you wish, you can use the disposable plastic plugs that come in our ‘Starter’

and ‘Extension’ frames

(sold separately)

to hold your shelf in place while deciding

where to secure it

D

Secure the selected shelf to the frame posts using a “P3” Phillips Head screwdriver

or a cordless drill with a low torque setting and the screws. Please ensure you do not
over tighten these screws as it is unnecessary and it may also strip the thread. De-
pending on the type of shelf you are securing, you may be using either 4 or 6 screws
per side, refer to image below:

D

Secure other side of the shelf

E

Repeat this process for any other shelf you are installing and then once you

are done, go through and double check that all screws are tight before placing any
products or tools on the shelves

Secure all
