What is an IP Address?
An IP address is a number that represents a 32-bit address used to identify a specific host on a network
according to the TCP/IP protocol. Accordingly, each IP address on the network must have its own unique,
fixed address.
What is the Subnet Mask?
The subnet mask is used to "mask" part of the IP address so as to enable the TCP/IP protocol to
distinguish between the network ID and the host ID.

What is the Gateway?
