If the system does not work as you expect, check the following points first.

Power won’t turn on
Could the batteries be

When operating on battery
power only, the power indicator
will become dim during play
when battery power gets too
low. Install fresh batteries.
Is the specified AC adaptor (sold
separately) connected correctly?
Check the connection once
again. Never use any AC adaptor
other than the specified model.
No sound/
Insufficient volume
Are connections with other
devices correct?
Check the connections again.
Is the [VOLUME] knob set
appropriately?
Adjust the volume appropriately.
Could headphones be
connected?
If headphones are connected, no
sound will be produced from the
unit’s speakers.

Could you have connected a
condenser microphone that
requires a phantom power
supply?
The MOBILE AC is not equipped
to provide phantom power, so
condenser microphones that
require phantom power cannot
be used.

Insufficient volume from the
speakers
Could the batteries be
exhausted?
Install fresh batteries.
The volume level of the device
connected to AUDIO jacks are
too low
Could you be using a connection
cable that contains a resistor?
Use a connection cable that does
not contain a resistor.

Sound is distorted or noisy
Could each [VOLUME] knob be
raised excessively?
Turn each [VOLUME] knob
toward the left to adjust the
volume appropriately.
Is the input level from the
connected device appropriate?
Lower the volume of the
connected device.

Could the batteries be
exhausted?
Sounds may distort easily or
may cut off when played at
high volume as the battery
power begins to fade, but this is
normal and does not indicate a
malfunction.
In such instances, either replace
the batteries or use the AC
adaptor (sold separately).

Could the [CHORUS] switch be
turned off?
Press the [CHORUS] switch to
turn it on.
Could the [REVERB] knob be
OFF?
Turn the [REVERB] knob toward
the right to adjust the reverb
depth.
