Carriage Belt Replacement
8.
Slowly pull the end of the old belt that is not connected to the new belt until the new belt reaches the belt stay.
CAUTION
Check that the belt is not twisted.

Apply grease to the pulleys.

Grease: FLOIL G-902 10ML_02
•
Volume: as needed

Peel off the tape, and then tighten two screws as shown in the figure to fasten both ends of the carriage belt to the belt
holder with the plastic plate and the metal plate.
CAUTION
•
When fastening the carriage belt, make sure the ends of the carriage belt are not overlapped.
•
Be careful with the orientation in which you affix the plastic plate and the order in which you affix the plates.
