5. Using the Device
Getting started
1. Insert an SD card (not supplied) into the SD card slot on the back of the slide film scanner with the label
facing up . The SD card will click into place when properly inserted .
Remove the SD card by pressing on it until it clicks into place and pops out, then remove it from the slot .
Note:
This slide film scanner accepts SD, SDHC and SDHX cards with a maximum of 64 GB as additional
memory . Format the SD card if it is not compatible with the machine . If you want to keep the contents of
the SD card, store it in another location before formatting it .
Home screen
The home screen is displayed when the unit is turned on, when the home
button [2] is pressed and each time SAVE / EXIT is selected .
Note:
There is a difference between SAVE / EXIT and SAVE / BACK .
SAVE / EXIT: Takes you back to the home button [2] .
SAVE / BACK: Takes you back to the submenu you are currently using .
The home screen has 3 submenus: PLAYBACK, CAPTURE and SETTING.
Note:
The unit automatically switches to record mode when you press the record button .
