Using the Quadrocopter
Battery Status Indicator
The status of the quadrocopter‘s battery charge is indicated by the quadro-
copter‘s LED lights.
–
Battery sufficient:
4 – 2 charge indicator LEDs on the quadrocopter
are continuously lit red.
–
Batterie low:
Only one charge indicator LED [37] flashes red.
Land the quadrocopter when the last low battery indicator LED starts
flashing. After about 1 minute, the quadrocopter will land automatically.
Caution!
Outdoors, weather conditions and strong winds can greatly
affect the automatic landing when the battery is low.
Replacing the rotor blades
To replace a defective rotor blade, first remove the battery from the qua-
drocopter for safety reasons. Then loosen the screw in the middle of the
defective rotor blade from above.
Remove the defective rotor blade and insert the new one. Reattach the
new rotor blade with the screw. Tighten the screw well, but be careful not
to overtighten the screw.
Note:
When placing the rotor blades on the pole, make sure that the ar-
row on the top of the rotor spacer points in the direction of the flattening
of the pole. Only then can the screw be tightened.
