ROLLMAN 

 

Replacing the roller envelope 

 

REPLACEMENT OF ROLLER ENVELOPE IS TO BE CARRIED OUT 
ONLY WHEN THE MACHINE IRONI G ELEMENT (HEATING PLATE) IS COLD. 

 

 

When the machine is turned off 

ironing element (heating plate) is 
separated from the roller. 

 

Turn off the heater, so that the 

buttons for controlling the temperature 
are set to position 0. 

 

Remove the material inducer. 

 

Untie the old cloth roller cover at 

both ends of the roller. 

 

Loosen and remove the old cloth 

roller cover. 

 

 
 
 

 

Insert the shorter edge of the 

roller envelope with joint of roller 
envelope, so that the side seams are on 
the inside (upside down). Let lateral 
connections hang freely and straight. 

 

Align the shorter edge of the 

new roller envelope with a connection of 
the roller envelope so that the side 
seams are on the inside. 

 

Allow the lateral connections 

hang freely.
