Assembly of the hedge trimmer (see Fig. B & C)
The trimmer is shipped disassembled. To
assemble, open the lock lever (4) on the main
handle and attach the hedge trimmer blade
assembly by inserting it into the main handle.
Lock the lock lever (4) into position by rotating
it towards the main handle. Check to ensure
that the two pieces are locked together.

Adjustment of the blade head (see Fig D, E & F)
The blade head can be adjusted at an angle
between 35
O
and 70
O
. To adjust the blade
angle, loosen the lock nut (8) and adjust the
blade head to the desired angle and retighten
the lock nut.

Assembly of the telescopic shaft
When the hedge exceeds your reach range,
use the supplied extension shaft for extended
reach (See Fig G & H).
To assemble the shaft (See Fig I & J). Open the
lock lever (4) on the main handle and attach
the telescopic shaft (11) to the main handle,
then lock the lever (4) to secure the two pieces
together.
Next, open the lock lever on the shaft (9) and
attach the blade head onto the shaft and lock
the lever (9) to secure the two pieces together.
