Chapter 3 Accura 2300[S] Operation/Setup
Users can perform the following functions with the buttons (</ESC,
∧
/SETUP,
∨
/EVENT, >/ENTER) on
the front of the Accura 2300[S] device. Accura 2300 and Accura 2300S operate in the same way when
working with the Accura 2350-GAS module. However, the display segments of Accura 2300 are slightly
different from those of Accura 2300S.
Mode
Description
Display mode
Displays the measured values of the selected Accura 2350 module ID
Setup mode
Supports setup for various parameters of Accura 2300[S]/2350 (network, connection, PT,
communication, event, etc.)
Event log mode
Displays event logs such as Dip and Swell events

On the Accura 2300[S] display screen, users can check the gas concentration(ppm) of the GAS module
and the status of the event LED by pressing the Right(>) button to move to the MODULE column (or
pressing the Left(<) button move to the opposite direction).

EVENT LED / LCD Backlight of Accura 2300[S]
Accura 2300[S] detects events of the Accura 2350-GAS module. When an event occurs, the EVENT LED
on Accura 2300[S] blinks and the color of the LCD backlight changes from WHITE to RED to notify users
of the occurrence of the event. Users can enter the event log mode by long-pressing the EVENT button
on Accura 2300[S] and can check the event log and clear the event alarm.
If the remote control settings of the Accura 2350-GAS module are enabled, the LED of the Accura 2350-
GAS module can be reset remotely by long-pressing the EVENT button on Accura 2300[S]. However, if
remote control settings are disabled, its LED can be reset only with the SET button on the Accura 2350-
GAS module.
