indicates that there is no activity on the
drive.

GREEN
indicates that a drive is installed in
the drive tray

indicates that there is a drive failure.

The controller in the upper controller slot is recognized as Controller A,
and the controller in the lower controller slot is recognized as Controller
B.

The rear panel of the controller module is shown in
Figure 3-3
.
The LEDs
on the controller’s faceplate that can be accessed from the rear of the
enclosure are numbered from 1 to 6. The definitions are shown in
Table 3-4
.
