Making new Teams and assigning Quotas
Once the admin.aspx page opens, you will observe the User , Team, and Project page tabs.
Click on the Team tab to view the Team names and quota assignments. The administrator
team and user team has been assigned by default. Click the Add Team button in the lower
left of the page and a new entry with the name slot highlights waiting for your entry of a team
name. Enter the Teams name followed by its assigned storage quota value in GigaBytes.
Note the ‘Size’ column should be a value of ‘0’ on a new system since this is not a true entry
field but a indication of how much of the quota is used up. Repeat for each Team. Normal
text editing functions are usable in these fields. But to delete a Team, you need to click on
the Team name and click the Delete Team button in the lower right of the page.
Making new Users
Once Teams are made Users can be made and assigned to Teams. Click on the User TAB
to open the User entry and assignment page. Click on the +Add Person button in the lower
left of the page and an ID will be assigned to the first entry. Enter the user’s first and last
name, password, and a short name to be used by the system to identify this unique user.
Assign the user to a Team on the right side of the page by using the access button
