B.4 Identifying the CPU Configuration of hyperSPARC Modules
By reading the serial number located on the MBus connector of the hyperSPARC module, you can determine
the number of CPUs it contains (see the following figure). The fourth through seventh numbers listed indicate
the CPU configuration of the module:
6224
or
6324
indicates a single-CPU hyperSPARC module.
6226
or
6326
indicates a dual-CPU hyperSPARC module.
“6226 or 6326” indicates a dual-CPU module
“6224 or 6324” indicates a single-CPU module

B.5 Identifying the Speed of a hyperSPARC Module
The first two digits on the label located below the serial number on the MBus connector indicate the speed
of the hyperSPARC module:
150 indicates a 150 MHz module
133 indicates a 133 MHz module
125 indicates a 125 MHz module
110 indicates a 110 MHz module
100 indicates a 100 MHz module
90 indicates a 90 MHz module
72 indicates a 72 MHz module
66 indicates a 66 MHz module
55 indicates a 55 MHz module
“90” indicates a 90 MHz module
“72” indicates a 72 MHz module
“66” indicates a 66 MHz module
“55” indicates a 55 MHz module
“100” indicates a 100 MHz module
“110” indicates a 110 MHz module
“125” indicates a 125 MHz module
“133” indicates a 133 MHz module
“150” indicates a 150 MHz module
