C.2 Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Information
Your satisfaction is important to us, especially after the sale. This information is provided to ensure efficient
and prompt procedures should you suspect problems with your ROSS product.
If you experience a system problem that you believe is related to your hyperSPARC module(s), please call
1-800-ROSS-YES for technical service. Our engineers are trained to handle system problems and in many
cases solve problems directly over the phone. It is very important that all suspected hyperSPARC module
failures go through our technical support department.
If ROSS’ technical support staff determines CPU replacement should be pursued, please follow these steps
in order to make your return process smooth.
Contact ROSS at 512-892-7802 extension 556 to request a return form. This form will be faxed to you by the
end of the next working day. Fill out the form as completely as possible and fax it to 512-892-2471; Attention:
RMA Coordinator. For failure analysis, it is very important that you describe the demonstrated failure mode
as completely as possible. We will fax the form back within 2 working days with an RMA number.
Return the form with the product in the original box.
Once approved, all product must be returned to the following address:

No product will be received at ROSS without the proper authorization per the procedure as outlined above.
