CleAning & CAre instruCtions
NEVER:
• Put any part of the unit through dishwasher or dryer
machine.
• Spray any cleaning solution directly onto the unit.
ALWAYS:
Use a non-abrasive sponge for cleaning.
Disassembly and Cleaning
1. To disassemble, simply pull out the Pin and lift the
Container off the Stand. Be careful not to spill any
food product. When disassembling the container,
handle all parts gently. Please refrain from using too
much force. Reassemble the unit only after all parts
are completely dry.
2 To maintain the quality of your dispenser (parts a-g)
and acrylic catch tray (i), wash all parts in warm water
with a mild soap.
Acrylic Stand Care
The acrylic base contains electrical components. Do not
submerge or soak in water. Use a warm, damp wash
cloth to clean the acrylic parts with mild soap. Wipe dry
with a soft microfiber cloth.

Rosseto® warrants that your Bulk Dispenser will be free
from defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year
from the original date of shipment from Rosseto.
Rosseto’s obligation and liability under this Limited
Warranty is limited to repairing or replacing (at its sole
discretion) a defective unit if the customer returns the
unit to Rosseto.
The Limited Warranty does not apply to damage resulting
from unusual wear, abusive, unreasonable use, modifi-
cation, or supplemental damage. This warranty does not
cover damage from unauthorized repairs or from any use
not in accordance with the instruction manual. Defects
that are the result of normal wear and tear will not be
considered manufacturing defects under this warranty.
If this product should become defective within the
warranty period, we will repair or replace the unit free of
charge. All warranty repairs must be completed by Rosse-
to. To submit product under warranty, the complete unit
must be delivered prepaid to Rosseto. Contact custom-
erservice@rosseto.com or call +1-847-763-1215 for return
authorization information.
troubleshooting
Before contacting the factory:
a. make sure that there is power at the 120V power
source
b. make sure the 12V Power Supply is fully plugged in.
c. make sure the Barrel Plug is fully plugged into the
Jack on the back of the Stand.
d. make sure that the on/off switch is in the ‘ON’
position. When the switch is in the ‘ON’ position,
the LEDs on the front of the Stand will be BLUE.
If the unit is still not operational after checking the
above points, the unit must be returned to the factory
for servicing or replacement if still under warranty.
