INSTRUCTION MANUAL

This universal food processor is suitable for all kinds of jobs involved in the
preparation of food such as chopping, stirring, beating, cutting, kneading, grating,
mixing and pureeing. Read this manual before using it and make sure you follow the
safety instructions.

CLEANING THE ACCESSORIES/ATTACHMENTS BEFORE THE FIRST
USE
1)
Clean the main bowl, blender jar, both lids/covers, measuring cup, pusher, spatula
in warm water with a little washing up liquid. Never immerse the motor base in
water, simply wipe with a damp cloth.
2)
The universal blade, agitator, cutting and grating insert and disc must be cleaned
in warm water with a little washing up liquid and a nylon brush. This will avoid
injuries and damaging the blade.
3)
Rinse and dry the accessories.

BEFORE STARTING THE APPLIANCE
o
Pull out the mains plug before every time you insert or remove the
attachments/accessories.

CLOSING THE LID (11) OF THE MAIN BOWL (12)
o
This appliance is fitted with a special closing mechanism for your personal safety.
The motor will only turn on when the lid is properly locked into place on the main
bowl. To do this place the lid for the main bowl (11) on the main bowl (12) and lock
it into place by turning it in a clockwise direction (to the right). The cam must be
securely engaged in the cam opening (5).

Note:
When using the main bowl with the universal blade, agitator or the
cutting/grating attachment, the cover for the mixer drive (4) must always be closed,
otherwise the appliance will not work. Only fill up the main bowl with a maximum
of 0.8 litres of liquid or a maximum of 500 g. of flour.
