FUNCTIONS OF THE UNIVERSAL BLADE (16) AND AGITATOR (15)

Universal blade:
§
Chopping:
Meat, fresh vegetables and fruit, nuts, hard cheese
(Parmesan), stale bread, etc.
§
Kneading:
Firm dough for bread and cakes, etc. (maximum 500 g. flour)

Agitator:
§
Beating:
Cream, mayonnaise, egg whites, etc.
§
Mixing:
Fruit, vegetables, soups, liquids for drinks, etc.
§
Stirring:
Mousse, pudding, light dough for cakes, etc.

USING THE UNIVERSAL BLADE (16) OR AGITATOR (15) / FIGURE A
1)
Place the main bowl (12) on the motor base (7) and turn it to the right until it
clicks into place.
2)
Put the universal blade (16) or agitator (15) on the plastic handle, place it on the
coupling (13) and let it slide down.
3)
Cut the ingredients in lengths of 2-‐3 cm and put them in the main bowl.
4)
Lock the cover for the appliance (11) in place as per the instructions.
5)
Press down the P (pulse) switch for 3-‐4 seconds and check the contents of the
bowl. If you need to, press the switch again until you get the consistency you
want. For heavy doughs or other quantities that require a longer processing time,
use settings 1-‐3 on the switch, depending on the consistency.
6)
After you have finished this stage wait a sort while until the universal blade or
agitator has stopped spinning and then you can remove the main lid.
7)
Unplug the appliance, take the universal blade / agitator carefully out of the main
bowl, remove the main bowl from the motor base and empty it.
8)
Never use
the universal blade to grind or chop jelly sweets, frozen meat, inedible
foodstuff or ice cubes.
9)
If the ingredients in the main bowl get jammed when they are being processed,
switch the appliance off immediately. Take the ingredients out and cut them into
smaller pieces and then use the processor again with smaller amounts.

1)
Place the main bowl (12) on the motor base (7) and turn it to the right until it
clicks into place.
2)
Take the cutting / grating attachment you want to use and put the top side with
the protruding edge into the disc (19). Then press the side of the attachment
