NOTE
o
The food slicer is a household appliance and is not intended for commercial use.
o
The food slicer is designed to operate for no longer than 10 minutes at a time.
•
SETTING UP YOUR FOOD SLICER
o
Place your appliance on an even and clean work surface. Before using it for the first
time, wipe it with a slightly damp cloth and dry it.

SLIDING CARRIAGE AND FOOD HOLDER
o
Hook the sliding carriage (10) into the side guide at an angle and fold down. To cut
the food, you must place the food holder (9) on the sliding carriage.
o
Do not remove the sliding carriage (10) or food holder (9) unless you are cutting bread
that does not allow use of the sliding carriage or food holder due to its size or shape.

SWITCHING ON / OFF
o
Push the safety switch (1) forward into position "I" and hold this position. Now press
the pressure switch (2) down and release the safety switch (1). The pressure switch
(2) now automatically stays on and the food slicer is ready for use. To turn it off again,
push the safety switch (1) forward again. This releases the pressure switch (2) and
the safety switch automatically returns to the "0" position.

THICKNESS SETTING
o
Use the thickness setting knob (7) to adjust the slicer to the desired thickness at any
point of the scale (0 - 25 mm). For safety reasons, you must always put the stop plate
(6) in the zero position after use.
