HOW TO USE YOUR HUMIDIFIER
o
Take the appliance out of the packaging and carefully remove all the plastic and
cardboard parts.
o
Place the humidifier on a level and waterproof surface. Make sure it is on a secure
footing. You must maintain a safety distance of at least 1.2 metres from other
objects.
o
The humidifier must not be connected to the mains whilst you are filling the water
reservoir.
o
Lift the water reservoir (2) out of the lower part (6).
o
Place the water reservoir (2) on its head ans unscrew the filter insert (3).
o
Fill the reservoir with clean, cold water. Afterwards screw the filter insert (3) firmly
back on.
o
Turn the reservoir back over again and place it in the appliance.
o
Wait for around 15 minutes before starting up the humidifier, so that the water can
flow through the filter (3) into the water storage container (6).
o
Connect the appliance to the mains and press the On/Off switch (A) to "ON".
o
Using the switch for the humidifiersettings (D), you can select from 3 different
positions.
o
By pressing the night light switch (B), you can switch on the lighting function with 7
different colours. The colours change automatically. By pressing the night light
switch (B) again, you turn this lighting function off.
o
With the Timer (C) you can select from 3 different lengths of time (press once for 2
hours / press twice for 4 hours / press three times for 8 hours / press four times to
switch off). If the Timer is switched off, the humidifier will simply continue running.
o
As soon as the water reservoir is empty, the Fill water reservoir indicator (E) lights
up. Turn off the appliance with the On/Off button (A) and unplug the appliance
from the socket.
o
When in normal mode, the appliance can be turned off by pressing the On/Off
switch (A).
o
Caution:
After you have finished using the humidifier, you should always empty the
water left in the reservoir.

CLEANING AND CARE
o
Always unplug the appliance before carrying out any work!
o
Never immerse the appliance in water.
o
Only use a damp cloth to wipe the outside of the housing. Do not use any sharp or
abrasive cleaning agents.
o
Rinse the water reservoir (2) out with cold water and dry it very well.
