The quoted vibration and noise emissions can vary during actual use of the electric
power tool dependent on the way in which the electric power tool is used, in particu-
lar what type of workpiece is being processed.
Establish additional safety measures to protect the operator which are based upon an
estimate of the vibration loading during the actual usage conditions (in doing so taking
account of parts of the operating cycle, for example times in which the electric power
tool is switched and those in which it is switched on but not running under load).

Commissioning
Read the operating manual for the driving tool before assembly.
The driving tool must be deenergised! Assembly is only permissible in a deener-
gised state!
Put on the hexagon with drill chuck and tighten firmly.
The drill chuck can loosen due to vibrations during operation. Tighten the drill chuck regu-
larly.
Set a low torque and speed level on the driving tool if present.
Set clockwise rotation on the driving tool.
Tighten the pressure transducer (4) until it slips. The installed slipping clutch prevents ex-
cessively strong tightening.
To loosen the pressure transducers (4), press this downwards and turn to the left at the
same time.
3.3
Operating
(B)
On starting up a high start up torque is generated! Start the driving tool carefully, that
is at a low rotational speed, and increase as required!
Inserting the spiral into the pipe:
Place the control grip (3) on the flow pipe (push grip in the direction of the spiral container
(1)). The feed is infinitely controlled (forwards, neutral and backwards) using the control grip.
There must be a distance of approx. 20 cm between the cleaning equipment and the pipe
opening.
Hold the control grip (3) on the cleaning device with one hand. Using the other hand, begin
to move the driving tool slowly beginning clockwise.
The spiral should bore its way into the existing blockage and should not be pressed in.
The spirals can roll-over at an excessively high load!
Increase the speed depending on the cleaning problem.
Attention! The max. permissible speed of 600 rpm must not be exceeded!
Clearing the blocked pipe:
Use the feeder to insert the spiral (5) into the pipe to be cleaned until resistance (blockage)
is perceptible.
If counterpressure (blockage) is perceptible, switch the control handle (3) to neutral position
(spiral rotates on the spot) until the counterpressure has been dissipated.
