8.1 Eneo C | CC | CF
8.1.1 Initial operation of the door
DANGER
Risk of death caused by electric shock!
Current can lead to fatal injuries.

Installation and maintenance work may only be carried out by qualified electricians.
u
Observe and comply with the respective national regulations (in Germany VDE 0100 and others).
u
When laying the network connection cable on-site, all-pole safety isolation must be established.
u
Only carry out work when the power supply is disconnected.
Before connecting Eneo C | CC | CF to the supply voltage, check that it is working properly, as for a mechanical multi-
point locking. The force required to actuate the lever handle and the cylinder key must not exceed normal manual
force.
Performance test
Only carry out the performance test when the power supply is disconnected.
Mechanical performance test

The leaf must rest neatly against the frame.
■
Ease of movement of the hardware and locking components.
■
Check the clearance (4 – 5 mm).
■
Check that the door opens and closes properly when closed and open using the lever handle and the key.
Performance test with the Eneo Control Unit
1. Eneo C: lock the lock manually using the key.
2. Connect the Eneo Control Unit to the cable junction cable.
3. Insert the power supply unit for the Eneo Control Unit.

Green LED (power): indicates that operating voltage is present.
■
Day / night changeover switch (day / night): at the “0” position means night.
■
OPEN button (open): drive receives the opening signal; door unlocks.
■
Red LED (active): indicates that the door is unlocked.
4. Close door: door locks automatically.
