In some cases, the device may be displayed as a headset or in the form of its MAC address (=serial no. on the
enclosed label). If the device is already paired, firstly disconnect the mobile phone in the Bluetooth settings.
To prevent mix-ups between the users and mobile phones, assign a name for each mobile phone user in the app.
8.4.5 Deleting a mobile phone
It is only possible to delete a mobile phone by using the app or by means of a reset.
To reset all settings and delete all mobile phones at the same time, reset Phone & Code to the factory settings.

Removing the mobile phone pairing alone will not delete the mobile phone from the module.
8.4.6 Recalibrating a device that has been disconnected on one side
It is not possible to open the door if a mobile phone has been disconnected.
The pairing has, however, not been deleted on the module.
If the mobile phone is within the door’s range, a pairing request will be initiated. The mobile phone then has to be
recalibrated.
