2. USES
The Rotor Gastronom GK900 should
only
be used to chop, beat, stir, mix, puree and emul-
sify food in the household or catering trade business.
For example:
apples, pears, oranges, carrots, potatoes, celery, tomatoes etc.
Larger fruits and vegetables should be cut into pieces before they are put into the bowl.
For the preparation of sauces, mayonnaise, soups, custards, cake batters, fruit drinks,
cocktails, milkshakes etc., always use the appropriate speed.
Container uses
2 l Polycarbonate: transparent, for small amounts, light and manageable
2 l Stainless steel: solid, suitable for continuous use, for small amounts
4 l Polycarbonate: light and manageable, transparent, for larger amounts
4 l Stainless steel: solid, suitable for continuous use, for larger amounts
