Instruction Manual
English
- Close the safety clasp.
- Attach a container for the residue.
Place a vessel for the juice under the juice outlet.
- Select the optimum speed and plunger depending on the
product (see section 7.2)
I: Level 1, slow speed, is optimised for processing soft
fruits such as e.g apples (increased juice yield and better
ejection behaviour with apples).
II: Level 2, fast speed for hard fruits such as e.g. carrots.
This level is basically counted as universal speed and
should be used in the production of mixed products.
- To turn the machine on press the appliance switch.
The machine will operate only if the safety clasp is closed
(safety control).
- Using the plunger, evenly push the prepared vegetables
and fruit into the feed shoot opening. If necessary, first
cut the vegetables and fruit into smaller pieces so that
they pass through the feed shoot more easily.
- By noise, empty the residue container, and remove by
hand the residue from the centrifugal basket and the
collecting bowl. Disconnect the mains plug before doing so.
- The residue should not stow, otherwise the machine may
get damaged by strong vibrations.
- Especially very ripe or long stored soft fruits (apples) may
stow the basket.
