The LOCAL/STOP/REMOTE selector determines the actuator
operating mode at all times. LOCAL mode must be active in
order to edit and save configuration parameters.

Rotate the LOCAL/STOP/REMOTE selector anti-clockwise
until the LOCAL symbol is directed towards the LCD
position display.
The user interface LCD display will show the current
active mode.
