Brake test valve
The static brake is tested by preventing the brake from re-
leasing and running.
The brake is kept closed by the use of an optional throttle
valve (3), integrated in the motor.
procedure:
1. Remove the cap (Ca) and release counter nut (Co) and
turn brake test valve (T) to the end in (direction clock-
wise).
2. Proceed the test by running the winch rope "OUT" for
10 sec.
3. The test is passed if the drum does not turn at maxi-
mum applied pressure.

4. After completing the test turn the brake test valve (T) all
the way out (direction counter clockwise) then tighten
counter nut (Co) and put the cap (Ca) back into place.
5. After this run winch in direction "IN" and "OUT" with no
load to check if the winch is working in regular working
condition.
