Winch does not hoist
the nominal load.
Insufficient hydraulic supply pres-
sure.
Connect pressure gauges to the
pressure connections of the motor
and measure the hydraulic pres-
sure. Correct the pressure if re-
quired.
Winch motor.
Repair or replace winch motor.
Oil operating temperature too low.
Warm up hydraulic system.
Winch cannot hold the
load.
Rope is wound onto the rope drum
in the wrong rotation direction.
Wind rope onto winch in accord-
ance with assembly instruction.
Observe rotation direction CC or
CW.
Wrong control valve used. No con-
nection to tank in neutral position.
Install a control valve with «H» or
«Y» position in the neutral position.
Sprag clutch assembly is damaged. Replace if required.
Winch does not reach
nominal speed.
Insufficient hydraulic supply volume
flow.
Use a flow meter at the hydraulic
motor to measure the volume flow
and correct as required.
Damaged winch motor.
Replace winch motor.
