Film Carriage
Guide Rollers
The guide rollers provide an almost frictionless path for the film to
travel along up to the forming collar. The last set of rollers before the
collar (setup rollers) are adjustable. These rollers change the angle
of the film web to match the angle of the forming collar. When these
angles do not match, the film web tends to bind as it moves over the
collar.
