OPC90 includes three OPC tags associated with managing red tags. These tags
are “.RED_TAG”, “.RED_CMD” and “.RED_USERS”. These tags are valid for
the DAANG, DD, MSDD, RCM, RMC and STN blocks.
The “.RED_TAG” OPC tag reports whether or not the block is
tag state. When set, the block is red tagged. This tag value is an exce
reported value.
The “.RED_USERS” OPC tag reports the users that currently have the block
the red tag state. As previously mentioned, up to three users can have the bloc
