1. Product Description
1.1 General
Oil radiators are electric heaters whose thermal medium oil heats up quickly and stores this
heat for a long period. Thanks to this technology, it is possible for the appliance to give off
a uniform heat into the room for a long time after it has been switched off. Oil radiators are
extremely sturdy and distinguished by their simple and convenient operation. The potential
applications for these types of appliance are numerous - for example as important transi-
tional heating or as a portable alternative to central heating. The thermostat control allows
you to set a pleasant temperature very easily while the appliance ensures that the room
is heated quickly and reliably to this level. An anti-tilt device, overheating protection and
safety thermostat ensure the highest safety during operation.
1.2
Type plate
The type plate with all relevant technical data as well as important warning symbols is
attached to the side section of the first rib.
1.3
Area of application and intended use
This oil radiator is constructed according to the state of the art and the recognized rules of
technology. Nevertheless, improper use or use other than that intended can result in hazards
to the life and limb of the user or third parties or damage to the appliance itself and/or
other tangible assets.
An oil radiator serves as primary or secondary heating for small rooms. This oil radiator
may only be used in closed, dry rooms. Never use this appliance outside or in a humid
environment. Only use this oil radiator in an upright position with the wheels and support
base fitted. This appliance is only designed for household use. Do not use this appliance for
commercial purposes.
A different use or a use extending beyond this is deemed to be improper. The user shall bear
the risk. Proper and correct use also includes observance of the operating and installation
notes as well as compliance with the maintenance terms.
