Cleaning and maintenance by qualified persons
Maintenance work that is not listed in Chapters 4.2 - 4.4 may only be carried out by the
ROWI Service Center (see Chapter 5). In the case of maintenance work within the first 24
months that has not been carried out by persons or companies authorized by ROWI, all
warranty claims shall become null and void.
5. Warranty
5.1 Scope
ROWI grants the owner of this product a warranty of 24 months from the date of purchase.
Material or production defects shall be rectified free of charge by the ROWI Service Centre
within this period.
Defects that are not due to material or production faults are excluded from the warranty,

Transport damage of any kind
P
Faults due to incorrect installation
P
Faults due to improper use
The appliance swit-
ches off during ope-
ration.
The thermal protection switch
has triggered. The appliance
has exceeded the maximum
permissible temperature.
The room temperature is
above the temperature set at
the thermostat.
The tip prevention has trig-
gered.
Switch off the appliance by
turning the heating level switch
to position "0" and pull the
plug out of the socket. Allow
the appliance to cool down for
several minutes. Check the air
inlet and air outlet openings
and remedy the cause of the
overheating before restarting
the appliance.
Turn the temperature control
clockwise.
Return the appliance to an
upright position and make sure
it is secured against tipping
over.
