Lubricate the frame sparsely on the outside
and thoroughly on the inside with Roxtec Lub-
ricant, especially into the corners. Remove
any dirt and insert the frame into the sleeve/
hole. Push the front fittings to the sides.
Cut or bend the net with a knife or your fing-
ers to enable cables/pipes to pass through.
Adapt modules to cables or pipes by peeling
off layers.
Achieve a 0.1-1.0 mm gap between the
halves when held against the cable/pipe.
Lubricate all modules thoroughly, both the
inside and the outside surfaces.
Insert modules and cables/pipes according to
your installation plan.
Push the front fittings back towards the
centre.
Tighten the nuts crosswise. The frame will
compress until it is sealed. For detailed infor-
mation, see page 52 and 54.
Note
Wait 24 hours or longer after installation
before exposing the cables/pipes to strain or
pressure.
Cables shall go straight through the frame.

the cable/pipe through.
Adapt the seal to the cable/pipe by peeling
off layers from the halves.
Achieve a 0-1.0 mm gap between the halves
when held against the cable/pipe.
Lubricate thoroughly on the inside surfaces
and sparsely on the outside of the seal with
Roxtec Lubricant.
Insert the halves in the sleeve/hole.
Tighten the screws crosswise. The seal will
compress and seal the transit. For detailed
