Preparation for operation
POSITIONING OF THE UNIT
The ambient temperature must not exceed 40°C and ambient humidity should not
exceed 85%. Place the appliance in a way that ensures good air circulation. Maintain
a minimum clearance of 10 cm from any wall of the unit. Keep the appliance away
from any hot surfaces. Always operate the appliance on a level, stable, clean,
fireproof and dry surface and out of the reach of children and persons of impaired
mental, sensory and intellectual functions. Place the appliance in such a way that
the mains plug can be reached at any time. Ensure that the power supply to the
appliance corresponds to that specified on the identification plate!
Before using the appliance for the first time, disassemble all parts and wash them
as well as the entire appliance.
3.3.
Working with the unit
Intended use: for kneading sticky doughs, for kneading bread doughs with up to 50-57%
water content. The dough should occupy 30%-60% of the bowl volume.
