When the bowl is full, the machine can run continuously for a maximum of 20
minutes.
The motion of the spiral hook is synchronized with the rotation of the bowl.
By
default the machine is set to counterclockwise rotation.
CHANGING THE SPEED:
To change the speed of the unit, (use the speed change lever) to set the desired
speed.
2 means high speed, 1 means low speed.
SETTING THE TIMER
To set the timer, (use the knob) to set the desired timer time. After the set time
has elapsed, the unit will beep.
SAFETY BUTTON
The safety button can be used at any time during operation to automatically stop
the machine. Turn the safety button to the right as indicated by the arrows to
continue working with the unit.
SWITCHING ON THE APPLIANCE
1.
Place the bowl in the machine.
2.
Plug the machine into a power outlet.
3.
Insert the previously prepared food ingredients.
4.
Lower the safety guard.
5.
Set the timer.
6.
Set the desired speed using the speed setting lever.
7.
Press the START button
When finished working, stop the unit by adjusting the speed lever, then turn the
unit off by adjusting the ON/OFF knob to the OFF position. Remove the mixed
ingredients. Thoroughly clean the bowl, mixer, safety guard after each use.
CAUTION! When the bowl safety guard is raised, the machine will stop. To restart
the machine after stopping due to the safety guard being raised, lower the safety guard
and press the START button.
CAUTION! Before starting the machine each time, check that the agitator, bowl
and safety guard are correctly installed!

Cleaning and maintenance

Pull the mains plug and let the appliance cool down completely before
cleaning, adjusting or replacing accessories and when the appliance is not in
use.
