ROUTING OF ALL HOSES

1. SECONDARY AIR HOSE

The secondary air hose is attached at the secondary

air valve on top of the airbox. This is routed over the

rear brake hoses and into the abs modulator bracket.

The hose passes through a hole in the ABS modulator

bracket and continues over the rocker cover until it

connects to the reed valve at the front of the engine.

2. MAP SENSOR HOSE

The Map sensor hose connects the sensor to the throttle

body, this is routed through a hole in the LH cylinder

head mount bracket with a protective grommet.

3. EVAP & DRAIN HOSES

The fuel-system hoses shown in Fig 3-1 below are

identified by different colours, as described by the

colour index on page 1.

4. PURGE HOSES & T-JOINT

The  T-joint is located between  the cylinder  head

mount and the cylinder head as shown in “Fig 4-1“.

Individual evap hoses route from the T-joint to the outers

spigot on each throttle body, as shown in “Fig 4-2 “.
