In accordance with this standard, the device has been tested for a permanent load of 150 kg. Only for home use.
We would like to ask you to observe the following instructions aimed at preventing accidents:

High temperatures, moisture and splashes of water must be avoided.
➞
Carefully read the operating instructions prior to the commissioning of the device.
➞
Position the device on a solid and level surface. The device should be in a stable position; any uneven surfaces must be compensated for.
➞
Under all circumstances, the device must be positioned in such a manner that you have sufficient free space (at least 2m) in order to ensure a
safe workout.
➞
Before starting the workout, your doctor should carry out a general fitness check and any heart, circulation or orthopaedic problems should
be clarified.
➞
Improper and excessive workouts might put your health at risk.
➞
Any levers and other adjustment mechanisms of the device may not impair your range of motion during workout.
➞
Checking the device at regular intervals for damage and wear maintains the safety level. Any defective parts such as connecting elements
must be replaced immediately. The device may not be used until it has been repaired.
➞
Ensure at regular intervals that all bolts and nuts are firmly in place.
➞
It must be ensured that children are not left unattended with the device.
➞
Under no circumstances are exercisers suitable as play equipment.
➞
When passing on the home exerciser to a new owner, the assembly and workout instructions must always be handed over. This is the only
way to ensure that the new owner uses the device in a safe manner.

The assembly and workout instructions are also required to order spare parts.
Important recommendations and safety instructions
All of our products have been tested and, thus, comply with the highest currently applicable safety standards. Despite these safety standards,
the following principles must be followed strictly.

The device must be assembled just like it is described in the operating instructions; in order to do so, please only use the intended parts.
➞
Before using the device for the first time, check that all bolts, nuts and other connecting elements are firmly in place. Ensure that the exerciser
is in a safe condition.
➞
Ensure that the device is positioned in a dry and level location. Protect it against moisture and water. Any uneven surfaces must be compen-
sated for by means of surface levelling. The device must not come into contact with moisture or water.
➞
Place a suitable underlay (e.g. rubber mat or wooden board) under the device. Protect the device against any pressure marks and dirt.
➞
Before starting the workout, please remove all objects in a radius of 2 metres.
➞
Please do not use any aggressive cleaning agents in order to clean the device. Only use the supplied tool or your own tools suitable for the
device in order to assemble the device or for carrying out any repair work. Remove any drops of sweat immediately after you have completed
your workout.
➞
Improper or excessive workout might cause damage to your health. Please consult a doctor before starting your workout. Your doctor can
determine the maximum physical load (pulse, watt, workout length) and provide you with detailed information on the correct and healthy
body posture during workout. Under no circumstances should you start your workout immediately after you have eaten.
➞
Only use the device for workout, when it is functioning properly. For any required repair work, only use original spare parts.
➞
If you make adjustments to adjustable parts, please make sure that these parts are mounted in the correct, marked position and have been
secured properly.
➞
Unless specified otherwise in these instructions, the device may only be used by one person during workout.
➞
Wear clothes suitable for workout. Your clothes must be such that you can move freely during workout. Your workout shoes should firmly
support your feet and have a slip-proof sole.

If you notice a feeling of dizziness, nausea, pain in the chest or other symptoms, immediately stop the workout. Consult a doctor.
➞
Under no circumstances should you forget that sports equipment is not play equipment. Therefore, you may only use the device when you
have informed yourself accordingly.
➞
Persons such as children, persons with reduced mobility or disabled persons should only use the device when supervised by another
person who can provide advice or assistance. Take appropriate measures so that children are under no circumstances left unattended with
the device.
➞
Do not dispose of the device in normal household waste. The device must be disposed of at a recycling collection point for electrical waste.
The symbol can be found on the product or in the instructions provided on the packaging.

This device has 32 different resistance levels. This allows you to reduce or increase the braking resistance. Pressing the up arrow button, you
