1. 0 = SiRF Binary, 1 = NMEA, 2 = ASCII, 3 = RTCM, 4 = User1, 5 = No Protocol.
2. Valid values are 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200, 38400, and 57600.
3. Valid values are 7 and 8.
4. Valid values are 1 and 2.
5. 0 = None, 1 = Odd, 2 = Even.
