Troubleshooting Interrliner transport
Errors which are not explained in this section can usually not be solved by the operator. Refer to the Service
manual for more information (available only in English).
The following numbers are the 2 rightmost digits of the error numbers which are displayed on the display of
the rack transport system.
Rack errors are also displayed on the PC Screen and will disappear after clearing the error on the display
and/or solving the problem. Rack errors are also logged in the Error history.
Rack errors appears in the Starrsed Software as "Interrliner rack transport error E_xx"
12.1 - Errors 24-26, 38, 42-43, 62, 67, 70-75, 80
Error messages contain the words "
timeout
" or "
rack lost
" or "
blocked
" or "
pos. error
".
1. Check the rack transport units for mechanical obstructions and remove these.
2. Clear the error by pressing F3 on the keyboard of the Input pool.
When the error occurs again, switch OFF all units and call for service.
12.2 - Errors 33 and 37
These error messages contain the words "
ESRI ... timeout
".
1. Check that the rack transport unit is switched ON.
2. Clear the error by pressing F3 on the keyboard of the Input pool.
3. When the error occurs again:
4. Close the Starrsed PC software.
5. Switch the ESR analyser unit OFF.
6. Switch the rack transport unit OFF.
7. Switch the ESR analyser unit ON.
8. Start the Starrsed PC software.
9. Switch the rack transport unit ON.
When the error occurs again, switch OFF all units and call for service.
12.3 - Errors 40 and 81
Error message: "
Start pool full
".
This indicates that the Start pool is completely filled with racks. The errors clears automatically, when the
next rack is transported to the ESR analyser unit.
