Reporting
The Interrliner is able to handle different types of protocols. The selection is made in
Service
-
LIMS-settings
.
A protocol is a set of rules governing the communication and the transfer of data between machines, as in a
computer system. It is also a formal set of rules and procedures to be followed during a request for
information before data is transferred between machines and computer systems.
The following protocols can be selected for data transfer to the LIMS.
1. No output
2. MECHATRONICS-01 bidirectional
3. MECHATRONICS-02 unidirectional
4. Sysmex SE 9000
5. Sysmex SE-9000 unidirectional
6. Sysmex R-3500
7. Sysmex R-3500 unidirectional
8. Sysmex R-3500 EPU
9. Compact bidirectional
10. Compact unidirectional (String format for StaRRsed)
11. StaRRsed III (V14)
12. Vesmatic
13. Sedimatic 15
14. Sedimatic 100
15. Opus bidirectional
16. Advia 120 bidirectional
17. Advia 120 unidirectional
The protocol can be set in tab
Service
- LIMS settings. After selecting a protocol, save the new settings by
pressing the Save setting key.
7.1 - Result Printout
The results of the ESR measurements can be send to the printer. The layout of the report depends on the
selection of the 60- or 30 minute method.
Columns:
1. Sample ID=Patient number.
2. Hh=Not corrected 30-minute
result (only in use if 30 minute mode is active).
3. ESR=Not corrected 60-minute
result.
4. Tc=60-minute ESR result in millimeters, corrected for
18
°C. (only in use if temperature correction is
active).
5. Aspect (clear, hazy (see page 131)).
