Clears the Questionable Data Enable register.

Interface Commands
SYSTem:LOCal
Enables local control (front panel control) and disables remote control.
SYSTem:REMote
Enables remote control and disables local control (front panel control). Local
control can be recalled by pressing the 2ND or local button.
SYSTem:RWLock
Enables remote control and disables local control (front panel control). Once this
command has been issued, pressing the 2ND or local buttons will not return the
user to local control. The only way to return to local mode is to issue the
SYSTem:LOCal command.
