Isolation & Removal

Please make sure the machine is completely
disconnected from electricity before carrying

out any maintenance work.

Turn off the water supply.

To drain the Direct Chill tank, remove the cap on the back of the machine. We recommend it is refitted

immediately upon draining being completed.
