Suspending or Aborting a Protocol Run
It is possible to stop a protocol run while the run is in the data reading
phase before extraction phase (e.g., sample tube barcode information).
Follow the instructions below.

Press “STOP”. The following screen appears:

Press “STOP” again to abort the protocol, or press
“START” to continue the protocol.
It is possible to abort a protocol run while the instrument is actively
processing samples. Follow the instructions below.

Press “STOP”. The following screen appears:
Note that the protocol has not stopped yet.
2.
Press “STOP” again to abort the protocol.
The protocol run will be invalid and will be marked accordingly in the report file.
The following screen appears:
Alternatively, if you do not want to abort the protocol at this point,
press the “START” key.
The protocol run will not be stopped and should not be affected.
