- In case of excessive sparking the appliance must be brought to a service
check.
- During normal operation after a while saw blade worns-out. This fact is
evident by the need of use of more force in movement the circular saw during
cutting. Then again it should be brought to service for sharpening.
Equipment:
- In transversal cutting in respect to fibers (of the wood), sometimes fibers
stand upright. Then it is sufficient to reduce the speed of the disk to avoid this.
Cutting through penetration in the material
- We have to choose an appropriate depth corresponding to the thickness of the
processed material
- We tilt the appliance forward with the slit of the guide aimed at cutting line
- We lift then the bottom saw blade protector using leverage
- We bring up the device to the material, we start it and let it run at idle to
achieve maximum speed
- Gradually we tilt the appliance towards the material and penetrate into it.
During this movement the front edge of the appliance should touch the surface
of the material (the axis of the revolution of the unit at the time of descent)
- When you start cutting with the disk, you should release the disk bottom
protector
- When the heel of the circular saw sits with its entire surface on the material
you should continue cutting, moving the device forward.
- You should leave the saw blade to stop its rotation fully prior removing the
appliance from the material. You must never remove the device with a
vibrating disc that will lead to the phenomenon of weaning.
Cutting or felling of large pieces of material
In this case there is a need of props for the material to be cut. If we decide not
to use the props there is a danger of the phenomenon of weaning due to
stucking of the disk in the material.

Suction of dust
Circular saw has a special adapter that allows to be incorporated into a vacuum
cleaner to extract the dust formed while working.
Servicing and maintenance
Important!
Before servicing, adjustment or cleaning of the circular saw you
should unplug it from the socket and should be remembered that after being
switched off the for some time the
appliance continues to vibrate.
