4. Cleaning instruction
The High-Tech-Cutter SR1 and SR1 turbo is constructed in such a way, that all parts getting into
contact with the product can be reached from the operating side and from the front of the machine.
Correct cleaning of the machine is a condition for good food and prolongs the life of the machine.
That’s why the cleaning instruction has to be read, understood and adhered to by the person
responsible for the cleaning of the machine
4.1 Safety hints

The cleaning instruction has to be read before cleaning is started. The supervisor has to make
sure, that the cleaning instruction has been read and understood by the cleaning personal.

The cleaning personal has to clean the machine as directed and follow the instruction to the
point. The supervisor has to write an instruction for the cleaning procedure.
- The cleaning personal has to tell the supervisor about defects of the machine immediately.

The cleaning personal has to use the recommended cleaning agents and disinfectants.

Don’t make any alterations to the machine.

The cleaning agents and disinfectants have to be made up to solutions according to the
manufacturers product data sheet. Protective gear has to be worn.

Preparing the machine for cleaning is part of the machine operation. That’s the reason,
why only a person, who has read and understood the operating manual, should undertake
the cleaning preparation.
4.2. Cleaning agents and disinfectants
The following cleaning agents and disinfectants have to be used:
A. Cleaning agent: Alkaline cleaning: P3-topax 19, P3-topax 66
Acidal cleaning: P3-topax56
Disinfectant: P3-topax 99, P3-topax 66
